TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that full payments for our classes and workshops must be received in advance to ensure a place is booked. The fee is non-refundable unless the class or workshop is cancelled by Sayegh and Sayegh.

To reschedule a class or workshop, you must notify Sayegh and Sayegh no later than five working days before the scheduled session.

As soon as we receive your payment an email confirmation will be sent to you which will act as a receipt of your order and will imply that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions.

If the attendee (s) fails to attend the class or workshop for any reasons, kindly note the full fees are payable.

When you book a class or workshop through this website, personal details as your name, email address and payment details will be required. Please ensure that all your contact details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings that may arise due to incorrect email address, name, written messages or any other incorrect details.
The bisque fired artwork made during the class or workshop will be ready for collection approximately 3 weeks after the session, you will be notified by email. We cannot be held responsible for any artwork that cracks or explodes in the kiln.

We will only keep hold of your artwork made at the studio for 28 days after the bisque firing email confirmation. You must collect your artwork within this time frame, otherwise your artwork may be disposed of unless an add-on glazing session has been confirmed.

 

RETURNS OF GOODS

A full refund is entitled to the consumer for goods purchased on the online shop, excluding commissioned pieces. You must notify Sayegh and Sayegh no later than 5 working days after receiving the order. Sayegh and Sayegh is not responsible for the payment of the return. The goods must be well wrapped in original packaging and must include tracked shipping and insurance.
